Customise Your Portrait Template: Every wedding is unique, and your portrait cards should reflect that. We'll design a personalized template featuring details such as your name, colors etc. The finished portraits become not only keepsakes but also beautiful reminders of your special day.
On the Wedding Day
Elegant Setup. Our artists arrive early to set up a clean and elegant painting station that blends naturally into your wedding reception. The setup is designed to complement your venue while remaining unobtrusive, allowing guests to comfortably watch the artwork being created.
Guest Have Their Photo Taken. Rather than asking guests to sit for several minutes, our onsite assistant invites them over for a quick reference photograph. This keeps the process efficient and allows guests to continue enjoying your celebration while their portrait is being painted. Our assistant also manages the queue, answers questions, and ensures everything runs smoothly throughout the event.
Live Portrait Painting Begins. Using the reference photographs, our artists create each portrait live during the reception. Depending on the illustration style and outfit details, each guest portrait typically takes around 3–8 minutes to complete. Watching the paintings come to life often becomes an attraction in itself, with guests gathering around to see each artwork unfold. Many couples tell us it’s one of the most talked-about experiences of the evening.
Optional Add-ons: Digital Keepsake service, where every completed illustration is professionally scanned after the event. If you’d love to relive the experience, you can also add our content creation service. A mobile videographer captures behind-the-scenes moments throughout the event.
After the Wedding
Guest Receive Their Portraits. Depending on your selected package and event schedule, completed portraits are either:
Presented to guests during the reception, or
Carefully packaged and delivered shortly after the wedding.
