Helpful Tips
For the best guest experience, we recommend placing the artist in a visible location where guests can watch the artwork come to life throughout the celebration.
The couple is painted using a carefully selected reference photo captured during the wedding, so you can fully enjoy your day without needing to pose.
To make the moment even more memorable, we can coordinate with your wedding planner or emcee for a special reveal of the completed artwork. If the painting is a surprise gift, we’re also happy to help plan the reveal for the couple.

From our first conversation to the final brushstroke, every painting is thoughtfully planned and created to capture your celebration in a meaningful way.

Upon booking
Pre-event Consultation
We’ll arrange a virtual or in-person consultation to understand your vision, wedding styling, venue, and the special moment you’d like captured.

Before your wedding
Planning & Sketch
Before your wedding, we’ll prepare a composition sketch for your approval and, where applicable, conduct a venue recce to plan the painting and setup.

On your wedding day
Live Painting
Our artist arrives before your guests to begin painting the venue and atmosphere. Throughout the celebration, the artwork unfolds live, while the couple is painted from a carefully selected reference photo, allowing you to fully enjoy your day without posing.

Post-event
Finishing & Delivery
The painting is carefully refined in our studio and delivered within approx 1-2 weeks, ready to be treasured for years to come.
